Since opening the doors of my practice, I have provided clients in the Holland area with a wide range of mental health and substance abuse counseling services. KSSN Site Team Clinician
I provided outpatient, homebased, group therapeutic services and/or case management services for youth ages 14 – 18 years of age attending East Kentwood Schools and their families. I completed assessments, treatment, and collaboration with families, youth, KSSN coordinator and school staff.
Multi-Systemic Therapist
I provided home based therapeutic services for at risk youth ages 12 – 18 years involved in criminal activity and for their families.
I completed assessments, treatment, and collaboration with families, youth, and community agency staff
Mental Health Therapist
I provided individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults at a non-profit organization. In addition to completing intake assessments and developing person centered treatment plans.
Mental Health Therapist
I was part of a multidisciplinary team that served adults in an acute inpatient psychiatric unit. I developed treatment plans and facilitated discharge planning. In addition to completing intake assessments and psychosocial history reports while providing individual, family, and group therapy.
